Credit Card Refunds
If you make your payment by credit card, you will not, under any circumstances receive a refund on that payment.

As of January 1st 2008 we have lost over 11,000.00 of legitimate, finished, completed websites that we developed due to credit card chargebacks, and continued issues will not be tolerated.

We are not here to give you a website for free.

99% of the chargeback disputes we receive have been from clients who contacted us to build their website.  We do the design and development to their satisfaction, and then 4, 6, 8 months later I wake up and find out that $xxxx.xx is "gone" from my account.  Placed on hold because of a dispute.

So let me ask you.  Is it "really" fair for us to develop your website, and then have to deal with your credit card company "taking back" the payment 8 months later because you decide you no longer want it ... or figure you'll play a little game to see if you can get your site without paying for it?

What's even worse, is that the credit card companies ... even after sending them all the files and PROOF that we finished the development as requested ... and copies of a signed contract by the client ... STILL grant the refund.

Its ridiculous ... and yes ... I am a little bitter about the whole thing.  You loose $11,000.00 "just because" and tell me how you feel about it.

Its unfortunate, and I do apologize if this offends you.  But I would rather not have your business at all, than to waste my time developing your project, and end up giving you back your money 6 months down the road for no reason.

Credit card chargebacks are meant to help the consumer to avoid scams and credit card theft and fraud.  We are a legit business, and we work very hard to provide all of our clients with the best service.

Occasionally we get overbooked, and there are some delays.  We are only human.  I, personally work over 90 hours a week on client's projects, advertising, quotes, and research.  I have a life, and a family, and if 90 hours a week isn't enough for you ... go somewhere else for your web design needs.

So the bottom line.  Absolutely no refunds for credit card payments made to us, under any circumstances, at any time.  By becoming our client and hiring us to do work for you, whether its design, development, programming, flash ... any service we provide.  If paid by credit card you agree that you will never be issued a refund.
